CAS Championships 2025- Staff EOI Now Open!

We are pleased to announce Expression of Interest for coaching and support staff roles for the following Representative Programs are now open:
Combined Affiliated States and Territories Championships: Melbourne, VIC
Men’s & Women’s (5th June – 8th June)
Commitment will be required from mid-April to June.
The opportunity:
Working with the NRL VIC Pathways Coordinator, you will support the design and delivery of a preparation and competition plan, facilitating a positive and energetic environment for our Representative programs. The ideal candidates should have experience, enthusiasm, and an ability to work unsupervised, with the best interests and safety of our teams as a number 1 priority.
Available roles and required accreditations:
Head Coach
Current Accreditation for Community Club Coach 19’s+ (Senior Men’s)
3 years coaching at 19’s+ levels or previous representative level Coaching experience
Assistant Coach
Current Accreditation for Community Club Coach 19’s+ (Senior Men’s)
2 years’ experience coaching at 19's+ levels.
LeagueSafe Accreditation (not essential)
Head Trainer
WWCC Card
Bachelor’s/Master degree or equivalent (ASCA)
CPR - HLTAID009
First Aid - HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
Level 1/2 Sports Trainer
HLTAID0015 Provide Advanced Resuscitation Course (highly desirable)
Concussion Education (To be completed online through play rugbyleague.com)
LeagueSafe Accreditation
Assistant Trainer
CPR - HLTAID009
First Aid - HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
Level 1/2 Sports Trainer
HLTAID0015 Provide Advanced Resuscitation Course (highly desirable)
Concussion Education (To be completed online through play rugbyleague.com)
LeagueSafe Accreditation
Team Manager
WWCC Card
2 years’ experience previously acting in Team Manager roles at Club or Representative level.
